A freelance project renovating a small office. The client's tenants wanted to convert one large open space into two --  creating a private office and a public space for clients and communicty gaterings. I met with the tenants to evaluate their needs and measure the space. Their proposal lacked suitable circulation for the future office space, which led me to guide and compromise with them to a better solution. My work was then passed onto a contractor to bring the project to life.
